I strongly recommend Tevor to whoever having HP problems. They are honest and willing to go extra miles to have the problem sorted out. My Samsung Note went blank but I needed to get it revived in order to extract very important data & documents from it. I have been to a few HP repair shops and even Samsung's main repair centre to ask for help, they diagnosed the problem to be from the faulty LED screen (this conclusion was made in less than 5 min),all of them just wanted to take the easier way out by asking me to replace the LED screen, it would cost around rm700 of which I viewed it expensive & unnecessary since I plan to change to a new HP, my only intention is to restart the HP & extract my data. I found Tevor in FB and decided to give it a try since I could not get help elsewhere, to my pleasant surprise, they did an excellent job at a very low charges (considering the time & efforts put), my faulty HP was revived, the LED screen has no problems but only a small part in the HP was replaced. They even spent many hours helping me to retrieve and transfer most of my data to my new HP (not an easy job as the amount of my data is huge). I'm truly grateful and appreciate their help, this is really rare as most other service providers tend to just take an easy way out / make quick money from you by giving misleading advice.
