Tevor Mobile Plt has compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions about phone repairs and our services. Get answers to our FAQs below!

Can Tevor Mobile Plt only repair phones, or can it also repair other electronic devices?

We repair phones daily. Each location can handle all sorts of electronic repairs, including laptops, tablets & gaming devices.

Walk into one of our Drop Off Centres by post, or we can pick up your phone within Kuala Lumpur & Klang Valley. Anything further than 5km will be at an additional cost. (Please contact us for details)

It usually takes 1 to 2 hours to be done after receiving the phone, depending on the phone problem and parts availability. Most jobs will be completed within 2-7 days. It depends on the fault, the brand of the phone and the parts required.

If we fail to repair your phone, we will get in touch to let you know and return the phone. No charge any charges.

Each repair is priced on time taken, labour fee, type of damage, and any parts needed. Until we assess the damage, we will not know the actual cost of repair. (A deposit will be received before we assess the damage)

We cover a warranty on every repair but do not include human physical damage and liquid damage.

We sell screen crack protection plans, wholesale spare parts, used set smartphones and used spare parts.

We are located near the Kepong area. You can take the MRT Putrajaya line to Metro Prima station, and our shop is just nearby.

Terms and Conditions


All spare parts orders for repairs require a 50% deposit in advance. The deposit will be forfeited if the spare parts arrive, but you do not come to repair or collect them. A deposit of RM23 will be required per phone by post for us to repair, inspect or evaluate. If you cancel the repair service, a deposit of RM15 will be forfeited per phone, with an additional RM8, including return postage for your phone within Malaysia.

Any quote given is only an estimate of the cost of repairing your phone or mobile device. It is calculated based on the information we have been given. The repair cost may vary depending on any other faults found and the varying price of parts that may be required.

Any device sent via post to us must be via first-class special delivery. You must include the IME number and full contact details with the device. Also, you are responsible for ensuring that your phone/device has been packaged carefully and securely. We do not take responsibility for any damage or loss caused by your poor packaging or the postal/courier company you use.

The repair cost deducts any deposit paid is required in full before the collection or delivery of your phone/mobile device. Payments accepted are cash, e-wallet, and credit/debit card only.

In accordance with The Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977, you will be contacted about any uncollected goods. Any payment is still required and where they are held. If we make a second attempt to contact you after 3 months, but any money due has not been paid, and the item/s has not been collected, the item/s will be either sold to cover any payment owing or scraped.

Tevor Mobile Plt accepts no responsibility for any loss of your personal data saved on your phone. Please do a backup before send to us.

Where possible, we use original parts, but where this is not possible, we source high-quality non-OEM parts. By accepting us to continue with the repair/replacement, you accept the parts which have been used.

We give a minimum 15-30 days warranty on screen replacements and other hardware repairs. It does not cover any physical damage such as cracks, signs of misuse or water damage.

Although we will fix the issues found with your device where possible, we do not guarantee that your phone will work as well as it did previously to the issue that has been rectified, as we do not always assess any other issues been caused.

We do not account for unforeseen delays; in some cases, repairs will take longer, but we will try to contact you if it is a long delay.

We will be happy to issue you a refund if the replacement fails within the 30-day warranty period and the proof of receipt can be produced. You will be required to return the faulty part to us (which could render your device unusable, depending on the part), but we will try our hardest to rectify the issue.
