Superb service, Mr Saw is very efficient and very tech savvy. Some other shop said the phone is total loss, but when sent to Tevor Mobile Plt, Mr Saw repaired it within few hours and at a very reasonable price. Mr Saw is very customer centric and takes time to explain in details. Highly recommended

Changed my vivo phone's battery here, genuine parts comes with 3 months warranty provided. Appreciate their professional workmanship and reasonable price. Even explain how to take care of the phone battery. Initially thought of going to vivo service downtown but it's far away so just tried searching on Google maps and contacted them, very quick response within minutes. Make appointment first before going, located at the first floor above the toys shop, just opposite the MRT Metro Prima. Recommended to anyone who needs phone repair service.

Foremost, I did not have my phone repaired here. However, I would still like to commend the honesty & professionalism of Jmin who attended to me. My S22 Ultra had a vertical green line problem & it was past warranty period. Jmin advised for me to still check with Samsung as he believes this problem is claimable if not due to drop/crack screen. And indeed it was claimable. Thus saving me quite a lot on repair cost. Thank you Jmin!

Thank you for saving my phone! Your service and professionalism truly deserve more than 5 stars. I dropped my phone into a bowl of soup đ đ , which caused water damage. I was thinking of sending it to the Oppo Service Centre at Pavilion, but I was too lazy to go there. So, I Googled for a trustworthy phone repair shop nearby. I wanted to visit Tevor but couldnât find its location. Hence, I went to another chain phone repair shop. After explaining my problem, they told me it was an LCD screen issue and quoted RM 250, asking me to come back at 3 PM. The first red flag was when they asked for my PIN number. I was really scared because my phone contains a lot of personal stuff. When I called them at 3 PM, they said there was also a motherboard issue that would cost RM 280, otherwise, they couldnât fix the LCD screen. So, the total would be RM 530. The technician also mentioned it would take at least one week, possibly up to two or three weeks, to fix. Since I needed to travel soon, I couldnât wait that long and was considering buying a new phone. Luckily, I got a second opinion and called Tevor. He replied within 30 minutes with a quote after checking my phone. I sent my phone to his shop around 5:30 PM, and he managed to fix it by 8:30 PM for just RM 160. His service was superb, and he explained the problem to me, helping me understand what was wrong with my phone and why some technicians might ask for my PIN number. He never asked for my PIN. If you need any phone repairs, please go to this shopâprofessional, trustworthy, and affordable. Thank you so much for helping me!
